How it works

Fill out Online request form
Fill the online form. Pick a date to host your fundraising event. Your request must be received at least 7 days preceding the event. Requests should be sent only by authorized personnel from your organization.

Get a Fundraiser Code and digital flyer
We will generate a unique Fundraiser Code for your campaign. We will also provide you with a digital flyer that can be shared with your patrons.

Promote your event and encourage patrons to purchase a prepaid wash
Promote your event through word-of-mouth, flyers and social media to maximize participation. Encourage your patrons to purchase the prepaid single wash using the link on the QR code.

Collect 50% of all proceeds at end of campaign
At the end of your campaign, we’ll calculate total sales and send your organization its 50% share promptly.

Our program is open to schools, sports teams, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations looking to raise funds.
Simply fill out our online request form. Once approved, we’ll provide your fundraiser code, digital flyer, and QR code to share with your supporters.
Each supporter gets a best in class prepaid single car wash digital coupon. The supporters can choose between the three single car wash packages - Premium ($19.99), Ultimate ($24.99) or Xtreme ($29.99).
You can set the duration of your campaign. Most groups run their fundraiser for 2–4 weeks, but we’re flexible to meet your needs.
We’ll provide a digital flyer and QR code. Share them via email, social media, and word-of-mouth to maximize participation.
At the end of your campaign, we’ll calculate total sales and send your organization its 50% share promptly.
No minimum sales are required. Every purchase helps your organization earn funds.
All prepaid car washes can be redeemed at any of our locations. Details will be included on the digital flyer.
Yes! Organizations are welcome to host more than one fundraiser annually.
Supporters simply present their prepaid voucher or digital confirmation at the participating location—no extra steps required.
Yes! Prepaid car wash vouchers make great gifts and can be transferred to friends or family.
Vouchers are valid for one year after purchase.

Your group earns 50% of all proceeds from prepaid car wash sales during your campaign. It is important that your patrons enter the Fundraiser code when purchasing the prepaid wash. Instructions will be clearly included on the digital flyer.
Each voucher is valid for a single standard car wash. Upgrades or additional services (if needed) may be purchased separately at the location.
